Hey, my name is Will Turner.
I am pursuing my D. Min. at Westminster Theological Seminary. I’ve created this blog to help focus my work and to make it accessible to those who may be interested.
My overriding goal is to apply Covenantal Apologetics to the Urban Context, specifically as it relates to the issue of identity.
I’ve been married for over 22 years and we have five children. I have a love-hate relationship with all Philly pro teams (especially the Super Bowl 52 Champion Eagles). I may also be found riding and crashing on local trails as I try to learn mountain biking. Check out Old Man MTB.
The name “Christ without Compromise” is taken from the introduction of Cornelius Van Til’s The Defense of the Faith. He writes, “If Christ is to be presented to men as a challenge to their thinking and living then he must be offered without compromise.”
In defending and sharing our faith we must always put Christ first and foremost. He is to be set apart as Lord in our hearts, minds, words, and actions. Our lives serve as the canvas of God’s glorious portrait of hope and redemption.
